Air traffic suspended

All commercial flights have been moved or cancelled by the airlines during the runway closure.

Restaurants & shops closed

The restaurants and shops in the terminal are closed during the runway closure.

Parking during the runway closure

P1 is open for short-term parking. Other parking areas are closed.

Public transport adjusted

Buses to and from the airport will continue to operate, but on a modified schedule.

Preparations for the runway closure have started

1 February to 19 July 2027

There will be no flights to or from Eindhoven Airport.

From 19 July

Flights from Eindhoven Airport will resume, and the terminal will be open again.

No flights will be possible at Eindhoven Airport from February 1st 2027 to July 18th 2027.

The runway renovation at Eindhoven Airport cannot be done only in the evenings because it is a complete reconstruction of the airport’s only runway.

Booking a flight to or from Eindhoven Airport is still possible, except for flights during the period from 1 February 2027 to 18 July 2027.

During the runway closure, Eindhoven Airport’s parking areas will be closed. The parking facilities will reopen from 19 July 2027. It is still possible to make a reservation for dates before or after the closure period.

If you want to fly between February 1, 2027 and July 18, 2027, it is best to consider other airports or choose an alternative date.
