The Eindhoven region is also regularly the destination

Eindhoven Airport connects the region with approximately 80 destinations, primarily within Europe. Eindhoven Airport counted nearly 6.8 million passengers in 2024. In 2024, 11 percent of the total number of passengers flew between Eindhoven and a destination in Western Europe. 29 percent flew between Eindhoven and Eastern Europe. 56 percent of travelers flew between a destination in Southern Europe and Eindhoven, and 4 percent of the total number of passengers flew between Eindhoven and a destination outside Europe in 2024.

Eindhoven is increasingly becoming a destination, as it turns out. Of the passengers from Western Europe (mainly the United Kingdom (UK)), 61 percent of incoming passengers purchased their tickets in the UK. A relatively large number of passengers come to Eindhoven from London.

The airport has a strong supply and demand for Southern Europe. The interesting thing about the region is that it is not just holiday traffic. We see that 46 percent of the tickets are sold at a foreign point.

The number of passengers flying from Eastern Europe to Eindhoven and vice versa is fairly close. 47 percent of passengers fly to Eindhoven, and 53 percent of passengers fly to Eastern European destinations.
