Everyone who works on the premises of Eindhoven Airport must have an Airport Identity Pass. To obtain a pass or renew your pass, different procedures apply for the employer and for staff members.

To make sure you bring the right documents to your appointment, we kindly request to tick the boxes stating that you have a valid passport or ID with you, a fully completed application form for the Eindhoven Airport Identity Pass, and a valid declaration of no objection.

Before coming to the appointment, read through the Safety & Security Handbook to prepare for the Security Awareness Test. You need to pass this test (if you work in the secure areas). The manual can be found at the bottom of this page or on the security page. It is also mandatory to go through the "Security Awareness Training for Airport Identity Card".
