Eindhoven Airport and Muziekgebouw Eindhoven extend partnership

Eindhoven Airport and Muziekgebouw Eindhoven have intensified and extended their partnership for another three years. Directors Roel Hellemons (Eindhoven Airport) and Edo Righini (Muziekgebouw Eindhoven) signed a Memorandum of Understanding last night.  

The intensified and extended collaboration aims to connect diverse communities in the region and create a positive impact on the local environment.   

As part of the partnership, the airport is committed to offering an attractive cultural program and activities that meet the needs and interests of internationals in the region. The airport contributes to the accessibility of the region for internationals. Additionally, the airport also contributes to making them feel truly at home in the region. The airport believes that a rich cultural offering and the connection of communities contribute to the attractiveness of the region as a place to live and work. 

The partnership, which has lasted over ten years, has seen the airport support festivals like Witaj (celebrating Polish culture) and Merhaba (celebrating Turkish culture). By working with regional partners like Muziekgebouw Eindhoven, the airport strengthens the region’s cultural landscape. Muziekgebouw Eindhoven plays a prominent role in the cultural life at both regional and national levels. By joining forces, the synergy takes effect, and the airport contributes to strengthening the region.
