Travel well prepared
Travel well prepared and be at the airport on time. We advise you to check in at least 2 hours before your flight departures. Please note: the terminal opens at 04.30am. The check-in desks close 45 minutes prior to departure.
The time you need to be at Eindhoven Airport to check in varies depending on your airline and destination. Follow the advice of your airline.
Checking in online
Travel well prepared and check-in online. For information about online check-in, please consult the website of the airline company concerned.
Drop & Go
Checking in your luggage at Eindhoven Airport is now even easier. Do it yourself, easy and fast. Do you have an online or printed boarding pass and checked-in online? When flying with Ryanair, Wizzair, Transavia or TUI it is possible to use Drop & Go. For other airlines it is not yet possible to use baggage drop-off.

If you book a flight ticket, you must submit your first or given name as stated in your passport. If you book your ticket using your initials or a deviating name, some airline companies will charge administration costs.
